Biodiversity Informatics Session

This listening session hopes to engage with those individuals and groups involved in developing data tools and infrastructure in the pursuit of FAIR and integrated data.  Discussions will revolve around what existing tools and infrastructure are already being developed and how we can synergize these disparate efforts while also identifying gaps that need filling and how best to achieve these needs.  This session will build on the work and ideas of the preceding disciplinary listening sessions to focus on implementing a data infrastructure framework to facilitate FAIR, integrated data across the broad spectrum of stakeholders and users.

Due to a need to limit engagement at the listening session to foster discussion, this forum will be used as an asynchronous method of engaging a larger audience in the discussions through some leading questions on the topic both before and after the listening session itself.
